Two new parking structures built on the existing City Parking Lot R and Lot S/L. The project provides downtown parking with 905 spaces. Approximately 8,000 SF of retail shell space was built at the lot S/L site. The structure on Lot R incorporates stone tile and stained concrete facades with architectural stair features. The five-level structure is post-tensioned concrete on grade. Sitework included a plaza and pedestrian alleyway, sidewalk replacement and extension of utility services. The structure on Lot S/L incorporates stone panel cladding and a glass elevator tower as the main architectural features. The post-tensioned concrete has two basement levels and five levels above grade. The retail shell space is now two stories.
